Technical Support Specialist

Frank is working in our company as technical support specialist, and his main duties: providing technical support, advice, and assistance to consumers and businesses with technical, hardware, and software system problems, and dealing directly with end users’ connection problems, inabilities to access data, slow performance, and inefficient programs. And he also works on site to modify, install, clean, and repair computer software and hardware.

Frank has 20 years of experience in electrical engineering and industrial automation, and 10 years experience in information technology.

Frank obtained Master and Bachelor degree in computer science from University of Windsor, and he also holds Industrial Electrician License(442a, red seal).
